Description: A rather tall man with a short light brown beard and long brown hair. He wears frameless glasses. He is known for wearing brown/tan clothes and shoes and a black turtle neck.
Personality: On the surface, Ikutsuki is a cheerful and happy man, wise and quite knowledgeable in the Esoteric and Occult, tempered by a proper demeanor and a god awful pun driven sense of humor. He seems to care about those children underneath his control. But underneath, Ikutsuki is a psychotic cold and absolutist lunatic dedicated to bringing about one of the many super happy fun nifty apocalypses by calling the embodiment of death to drop the moon on the planet. So yeah, chronic liar and complete nihilist. Fun.
History: Nothing special until adulthood. About 10 years ago, Ikutsuki was involved in a massive experiment concerning Duel Spirits and Duel Energy that ultimately went very much wrong, and resulted in the explosion of an entire section of a undisclosed location. The details behind this event are very much under wraps by a government organization.
Unbeknownst to most, Ikutsuki is the backer of the sponsors and managers behind the Pro Duelist Team "Strega".
Extra Abilities: Nothing except being a truly epic Bastard. Xanatos Gambit master.
